Agents earn Shukran loyalty points to redeem on retail across the GCC

Middle East travel company Almosafer has partnered with Dubai-based Landmark Group to enable travel agents from across the GCC to earn Shukran Points on bookings made through Almosafer’s platforms.

This applies to bookings on flights from than 450 airlines, 1.5 million properties worldwide, as well as holiday packages, car rental, transfers, activities and concierge services.

The collaboration lets customers transfer Almosafer Points into Shukran Points, linking travel rewards with Landmark Group’s extensive retail loyalty programme.

Once transferred, earned Shukran points are redeemable on a wide selection of products including fashion, home, groceries and electronics at lifestyle outlets across the GCC, including Centrepoint, Max Fashion, Home Centre, Splash, Lifestyle, Babyshop, Shoemart, Spar and Emax.

“This partnership with Shukran allows us to add value to each journey booked through Almosafer, while expanding our benefits ecosystem to include one of the region’s most trusted loyalty programmes,” said Pallav Singhvi, VP of Consumer Travel at Almosafer.

Almosafer has also formed partnerships with other loyalty programmes, such as Saudia’s Alfursan Reward Miles, allowing agents to earn points on bookings, which can be redeemed for free tickets on Saudia flights, upgrades and other travel servies.
