Atomix sits at number six on the World’s 50 Best Restaurants list
Michelin-starred chefs Grégoire Berger and Junghyun ‘JP’ Park are to team up for an exclusive dining experience at Dubai’s Atlantis, The Palm.
Berger, from the resort’s Ossiano restaurant (pictured) and Park, of New York’s Atomix, will unite to create a 10-course tasting menu that will be available for two nights only, 14 and 15 October 2024.
Set against the backdrop of Ossiano’s Ambassador Lagoon aquarium, the evening will begin with canapés of gim-bugak with marigold vinegar rice and Korean fried Tteokbokki.
Chef JP will then showcase standout dishes to the region, including cherry blossom trout with kombucha and mustard chae, silkie chicken with abalone, octopus, and tendon as well as golden eye snapper paired with chunri-jang and sweet shrimp, while Berger brings Hokkaido scallops, grilled Brittany langoustine and wagyu beef “miyeokguk” to the table. The experience will conclude with a selection of crafted desserts and petit fours.
