Zuma opens first restaurant in France

Cannes debut will be joined by seasonal pop-ups across Europe

Popular Asian dining concept Zuma has debuted in France, opening its first permanent restaurant in Cannes on 15 May 2024. 

Located within Palm Beach on Pointe Croisette, the restaurant will open in time for the 77th Cannes Film Festival, taking place 14 to 25 May 2024, with the aim to attract attending film stars and celebrities as its first guests.

The restaurant is open from 6pm to 11.30pm daily and offers views over the Bay of Cannes from a spacious alfresco terrace with sails for shade. Inside, there's a sushi and robata counter, a large private dining room, various spaces for events accommodating up to 400 people, and an indoor and outdoor bar with s soundtrack provided by DJs.

Dishes include marinated black cod wrapped in hoba leaf (€51), beef fillet spiced with sesame, chili and soy (€54), and tuna and salmon tartare with 30g of oscietra caviar (€138) or 30g of beluga caviar (€258).

Capri Palace Jumeirah

The latest addition to Zuma's international portfolio will be joined by various pop-ups this summer, including a return to Capri Palace Jumeirah in Italy, also from 15 May; Zuma Porto Cervo in Sardinia from 14 June; Zuma Mykonos in Greece from 24 May and Zuma Ibiza in the Balearics from 25 April.
