First Look: Avani+ Fares Maldives Resort

Minor Hotels’ Avani brand will debut in the heart-shaped Baa Atoll with Avani+ Fares Maldives Resort on 1 April 2023. Set on the natural tropical island of Fares, the 176-key resort is a 35-minute seaplane ride from Malé’s Velana International Airport. Avani+ Fares will offer Beach Studios from US$650 per night, as well as villas with up to four bedrooms, seven restaurants, in-villa dining and organic produce sourced from the resort's mini farm alongside the catch of the day delivered by local fishermen. Young guests will have the run of the first kids-only restaurant in the Maldives. Other facilities include a water sports centre, an AvaniFit gym, an AvaniSpa and an AvaniKids and Teens Club.
