Dubai hotel to host US$4,000-a-head dining experience

'Infinity Dinner' will be held 100 metres above ground in The Link at One&Only One Za’abeel this July

The Link, a dining venue housed in a cantilever bridge at One&Only One Za’abeel hotel in Dubai, UAE, will host a special one-off dinner on 3 July 2024.

The Infinity Dinner will take place the night before One&Only One Za’abeel hosts the third edition of the Michelin Guide Dubai Star Revelation party, and will be cooked by the collection of renowned chefs who have outposts at hotel while helming Michelin-starred restaurants around the world.

Just 20 guests have the chance to experience the six-course dinner in a glass-bottomed room in the world’s longest cantilever perched between the dual towers of One Za’abeel. The meal is priced at AED15,000 (US$4,085) per person.

The chef line-up includes Anne-Sophie Pic, the most Michelin-decorated female chef in the world.

Pic will be joined by Paco Morales, who earned three Michelin stars for his dynamic take on Andalusian cuisine at his Spanish restaurant Noor.

Tetsuya Wakuda will bring his flair for combining Japanese ingredients with French techniques, and dynamic duo Bo Songvisava and Dylan Jones will bring Thai culinary heritage and eco-gastronomy to the menu.

Mehmet Gürs will share his groundbreaking approach to Turkish and Middle Eastern cuisines, and Dabiz Muñoz will deliver unashamedly eccentric street food-inspired morsels like the sort served in his colourful StreetXO outlets.

The dinner begins at 7pm at The Link’s Sphere bar. From there diners will be taken to their table where they'll have the multi-course dining experience, with each course finished tableside by the chefs themselves.
