Online booking platform's new 'Explore Bharat' platform will showcase "soul souring tours"

Online booking site EaseMyTrip.com has introduced its Explore Bharat initiative, designed to promote India's cultural heritage sites and vibrant festivals, as well as its more offbeat travel experiences.

'Soul Souring Tour Packages' include a five-night Golden Triangle tour, a 13-night Caravan Route tour and a six-night Spiritually Divine Ayodhya tour. Cycling and walking tours are also available.

Itineraries are clearly and artfully presented in a nostalgic scrap book design and, when booking, hotel preferences can be specified as Standard, Superior or Premium.

India cruises deals are also listed, starting from a three-day Cordelia Cruise departing from Goa, with a day at sea by Lakshadweep, a tropical archipelago of 36 atolls and coral reefs in the Laccadive Sea, off the coast of Kerala, and ending in Mumbai.

All tours are presented in a new hub on the booking platform's websites, which features a guide to local attractions and activities.
