Osus Eye is described by Saudi real estate firm Osus as a "fully integrated tourism and hospitality destination". Once complete, it will include retail, offices, entertainment and green spaces.

The 250-key Hilton Garden Inn Riyadh Osus Eye will have multiple dining options, including a rooftop venue and a juice bar, as well as a fitness centre and swimming pool.
