Carrier secures football stadium’s naming rights for nine years
Saudi Arabia’s newest airline, Riyadh Air, has sealed a deal with Spanish football club Atlético de Madrid for naming rights sponsorship of its stadium for the next nine years.
Under the agreement, the stadium will be known as the ‘Riyadh Air Metropolitano’.
The deal is an extension of an existing partnership, with the Riyadh Air logo already featured on the shirts of Atlético de Madrid men's first team kits in all domestic and European matches.
Riyadh Air, whose commercial operations will begin in the summer of 2025, and Atlético de Madrid, said they share a passion for excellence, sustainability, and a clear commitment to technological innovation with the firm objective of improving the experience of fans and all visitors to the.
