Five exciting ways to see in 2025 in style

SLS Dubai is offering five ways for guests to ring in 2025. From a winter wonderland experience to a Venetian-themed dinner and ‘Sky High’ countdown to midnight, the five-star hotel has curated a selection of celebrations. Here are the options. 

S Bar: A New Year’s Eve Winter Wonderland
This New Year’s Eve, guests are invited to celebrate in the clouds at SLS Dubai’s S Bar on the 71st floor. With the Dubai skyline as the backdrop, the hotel is offering outdoor dining for AED1,650 (US$450) per person and indoor dining for AED1,250 (US$340) per person. After an à la carte meal, fireworks will light up the city sky. A DJ will provide entertainment from 5pm. For walk-in guests, seats will be available at the bar on a first-come, first-served basis for US$178.

Carna: A Venetian New Year’s Eve Dinner
For guests with a taste for quality cuts of meat and Florentine dishes, the Venetian-themed New Year’s Eve on the 74th floor of the hotel is the way to see out the year. Guests can book a window table with views of the Dubai skyline for AED1,800 (US$490) or an intimate interior table for AED1,500 (US$408).

Presenting a specially curated à la carte menu, featuring Carna specials and classics, guests can indulge in an Italian-inspired meal as they reflect on the year and prepare to ring in the next. Children are welcome for AED200 (US$122) per person. The first sitting is from 6:30pm with the second from 9:30pm.

Smoke & Mirrors: A Sultry New Year’s Countdown  
Set against the backdrop of unobstructed Burj Khalifa views, SLS Dubai’s speakeasy and cigar lounge on the 74th floor is a sophisticated setting for New Year’s Eve. From 9pm to 1am guests can enjoy a four-hour beverage package, accompanied by a selection of pass-around canapés, for AED1,100 (US$299) per person. After 1am, the celebration will continue with a cash bar. For a more private experience, reserve the private dining room for AED10,000 (US$2,722), with Smoke & Mirrors members receiving priority booking.

Privilege: Sky High New Year’s Eve Celebration
Dial it up with a high-energy night at Privilege, located on SLS Dubai’s 75th floor. In collaboration with Carioca, men can enjoy unlimited drinks and food from 8pm for AED1,000 (US$272), with women enjoying a special rate of AED80 (US$218), if booked before 10 December 2024. After 10 December, the general admission fee will be AED1,200 (US$327) for men and AED1,000 (US$272) for women. Premium sofa seating is available for AED2,500 (US$681) per person.

As the clock strikes midnight and the sky fills with fireworks, guests can party until late with a lineup of DJs and live instrumental acts. A photo booth in the lobby will allow guests to immortalise the moment and panoramic views of Dubai.

S Bar: New Year’s Day Sainted Brunch
For the first day of 2025, partygoers can start the New Year by heading to the 71st floor of SLS Dubai for a detox brunch. From 1pm to 4pm, guests are invited to relish in a specially curated brunch buffet featuring a selection of sushi, oysters and a matcha cake, all paired with a complimentary flow of Bloody Marys to recharge and recover for AED399 (US$109).
