Warner Bros Discovery show Arabian Shores to highlight history and culture
Fujairah, an emirate on the east coast of the UAE, is to feature in its own TV series made by Warner Bros Discovery.
The show, titled Arabian Shores, is being made in partnership with Fujairah Holding, and will premiere on the Discovery and Fatafeat channels.
Each episode will explore Fujairah’s coast and mountain landscape, historical landmarks and rich traditions.
Renowned for its milder climate and rugged landscape, Fujairah is home to various historical sites, including 16th-century Fujairah Fort, the oldest and largest castle in the UAE.
Due to air early 2025, Arabian Shores will be hosted by Dubai-based food blogger Firas Kazma, who has achieved great success with his Middle Eastern food blog, CEO Street Food.

Although the show promises to go beyond food, being hosted by Kazma means there will inevitably be a focus on local produce, with Dibba Bay oysters and a fish farm set to feature.
Not just a celebration of Fujairah’s unique charge, the series is also “a testament to the power of storytelling in highlighting the cultural and natural treasures of the region”, according to Layla Tamim, Director of AD Sales at Warner Bros Discovery MENA.
Mohamad Jihad Abdel Ghani, Chief Executive Officer at Fujairah Holding, said the partnership “underscores Fujairah Holding's commitment to showcasing the emirate's unparalleled heritage and natural beauty”.
The tourism sector has long been a priority for Fujairah, with a focus on ensuring its sustainability. Launched in 2024, the latest addition to the tourism offering, Fujairah Adventure Park, caters to adventure enthusiasts with a 1km zipline course, the tallest giant swing in the region and activities such as kayaking and archery. The centre is recognised by UNWTO, certifying the emirate as a sustainable tourist destination.
